TERMS & POLICIES

Availability:
Small orders are usually available to ship within one to four working days. We may require 6-12 weeks for large orders.
Contact us for pricing and availability on volume purchases.

Terms:
We request that first orders be prepaid. We accept VISA and MasterCard, as well as company checks. Checks are verified
for sufficient funds prior to authorizing shipment. Net term payment is available upon approval of credit application.

Shipping:
Customer is to pay shipping and handling charges. UPS Ground is our standard method of shipping. All methods of shipping
through FedEx, DHL, Emery, Consolidated Freight, Yellow Freight, and Airborne Express are available by request. Unless
otherwise stated all orders are FOB Origin.

Damaged or Incomplete Shipments:
Please check for external damage before signing for each shipment. If you receive a damaged shipment, save all packaging and
contact us to initiate a claim. Reports of shortages or order discrepancies must be received within six days upon the arrival of
your package.

Return Policy:
Candles are returnable only in the event incorrect shipment.

Pricing:
Please contact us and we will direct you to our order form. The state of Oregon does not have a sales tax.

Privacy Policy:
Greenspace respects your privacy. We keep our mailing list private and will not share or sell any customer information to other
businesses. We may send you periodic updates via postal mail, email, or fax. If you do not with to receive our updates, please
contact us.
